Turkey Is Delicious
Thanksgiving was fun this year. Jon and I went up to Idaho and spent time with his family. Jon was a good boy and hung up lights on the house for Christmas and he even took me for a ride on the four wheeler to see the cows. I found the one I like the best. It's a black one with hair that is out of control! Love at first sight really. The food was delicious and we were stuffed for the remainder of the day. It's a bummer we can only eat like that and not feel guilty one day out of the year. :)

Jon's The Man
Jon took some time off of school to do a few things around the house (and also because we are going to Vegas for four days). This week he has ripped the carpet out of the spare bedroom and put new carpet in all by himself. He's very handy to have around. I think I'll keep him. :) He did such a good job and I am so proud of him! He has a few small things left to fix and then he will be all done until next summer when we redo a lot of the house. In return I hung up a few of his duck pictures in the living room. That's not as awesome as his jobs but he appreciated it just as much. On a side note, we got our puppy Duchess fixed yesterday. Poor thing, she was groggy and drooled so much for hours after she got home. And then all of a sudden she was her old spunky self. Sheesh, I was hoping she would be lathargic for at least a full day so I could get some peace. Oh well, at least she's doing well. :)

The Planning Begins
So now that Jon and I are engaged the wedding plans take up 95% of my thinking. I wish it weren't so because I could totally be thinking of other things but alas, that is how it is meant to be. Jon and I are having a tough time trying to figure out what it is exactly we want. My mom has now given us time limits because she knows thats the only way everything will get done. Good old mom. Forcing me to make decisions is the only way to get me to do it. I'm very indecisive. :) This month the decision of location must be made. To me, this is the hardest part! Jon doesn't care as long as it makes me happy. Thanks a ton for that Jon thats very sweet. But it doesn't help me decide :)

Halloween Night
Jon and I had a lot of fun Halloween night. It was the first time I've handed out candy in my new house and even though we didn't get many trick or treaters the ones that we did get were super cute. Jon and I wore our costumes that night for as long as we could stand it. Jon's mask got hot and bothersome so he took it off pretty quick. But we still had a lot of fun. :)
