Date Night

Jon and I try to have a date night each week to celebrate one more week of being together. Sometimes it's something easy and simple and other times it's a bit more lavish. Last night we were invited to Jon's friend Ron's parents house for dinner to thank Jon for moving a fridge. It was a terrific dinner and it was really fun but it cut our date night a little short. We decided to get ice cream, totally against our diet right now, and watch a pay per view movie at home. We rented "Vantage Point" and it turned out to be a non stop action movie about an attempted assassination attempt on the President. It was pretty good and we both enjoyed it. Next week we won't be able to have a date night because we need to go to my cousins wedding but hopefully the week after will be extra fun to make up for it. :)
